Tips to Prevent Sweaty Armpits :

    Avoid sweat-inducing foods
some foods can cause your body to produce more sweat than others. If you feel like you’re sweating too much, reducing or eliminating sweat-inducing foods in your diet could help. Foods with a low fiber content force your digestive system to work overtime to break down your foods. A high-sodium diet means your body will be detoxing all that salt in the form of excess urine and sweat. And eating foods that are high in fat causes your insides to warm as your body processes the fat.  List of Food items that may  trigger sweaty armpits include:

    1. hot, spicy dishes
    2. ice cream
    3. processed foods
    4. liquor
    5. garlic and onions
    6. caffeine

Clinical strength antiperspirants. start with clinical strength antiperspirants .They are much more effective than regular ones, especially when used correctly. An antiperspirant will stop sweat, while deodorant will only control odor. The most effective antiperspirants contain a high percentage of aluminum chloride or derivatives of aluminum chloride . Aluminum-based antiperspirants can reduce sweating by blocking the ducts of the sweat glands. Apply them at night before bed so that the aluminum has plenty of time to work

Regualar Excercise : Exercise optimizes the body’s stress response and makes you less likely to experience stress-induced sweating.Being in shape helps normalize the sweat response so that you sweat more during exercise and less while you’re at rest.

Tea Tree Oil :  IThis is an antibacterial essential oil so it will help to eliminate the bacteria on your armpits that create odour. Simply apply a few drops to cotton and wipe. Do consider that tea tree oil can dry the skin so if you noticed the dryness try to use any moisturizer

Potatoes :  Potatoes  possess anti-sweating properties. You can literally rub a slice of potato across the armpit region for a few minutes a day to see some drying effects.
