    We are all prone to the effects of modern living, whether we are sports’ people, career professionals, students or homemakers; whether you are 16 or you are 60 years of age or whether you are male or female. There are many people in the world who are facing all manners of ailments and that too every day. So, today in this guide I am going to tell you some of the most important and sui generis health techniques, which will help you to overcome all the ailments that you are suffering from.

    Follow the Most Sui Generis Health Techniques

    Healthy Breakfast 

    Let’s start with some sui generis (unique) breakfast. For a healthy breakfast which can help your nerves and also contains fibers, you can start your day with a blend of skim or soy milk with a teaspoon of lecithin powder and psyllium husks added with some fruits and honey. Psyllium husk contains a lot of fiber. And lecithin powder helps in keeping the nerves healthy and balanced.

    Dull, Lank & Brittle Hair 

    If you are having a dull hair & want to add life to your dull hair, then use a half cup of organic chamomile flowers to half a litre of boiled water, and after cooling you can strain and wash your hair with the mixture and then let it dry. You will love the change it will bring on your hair. If your hair is lank & brittle then you should include in your diet minerals & silicon-rich foods like sardines, alfalfa, avocado, etc.

    Before & after a wild Night Out 

    Now, everyone loves to go to the parties, but later the hangover becomes burdensome. So, before going to any party take a vitamin B or multi-vitamin supplement. And for a healthy stomach drink a glass of milk or eat a banana or the best drink a cup of slippery elm tea. This will slow down the absorption of alcohol in the bloodstream. And after your party, if you had too much drink, then have 2-3 glasses of water or herbal tea. Take a vitamin C supplement which contains bioflavonoids & take a hot shower. This will help you to flush out toxins from your body.

    Facing Fatigue 

    Fatigue is something that everyone faces. The adrenal glands become weary due to lack of sleep, too much work, and long hours of works. For that include herb like Gotu Kola, Panax ginseng, and Siberian ginseng. This helps the adrenal glands.

    Restoring Moisture 

    If you want to restore moisture in your skin, then include unsaturated fats like cold-pressed olive oil, flaxseed oil, sunflower oil & fish oils in your diet. You can also take 1 or 2 capsules of salmon oil a day. It is one of the most unique techniques to restore the moisture naturally into your skin.

    Solution for Depression 

    Facing depression? Take 1 or 2 cups of sage tea a day. This will heighten your spirits & alleviate depression. It is because it helps in balancing oestrogen levels & it is most useful for menopausal women.

    Acne Relief 

    For acne relief, drink dandelion root tea 2 -3 times a day, as this will flush out toxins from your liver. Cut fatty foods from your diet & don’t drink alcohol, coffee & tea.
