    5 Exercises Which You Can Do At Your Home For Flat Belly Are:-

    1. Plank

    The best exercise which you can do for the core is Plank. With the building of the isometric strength, your posture also gets improved. Plank helps in strengthening and toning the muscles of the abdominal region. This will help you to support the spine. In the press-up position, go down on the floor. When you bend your elbows, put the weight on your forearms. Such the belly button and hold the position for some minutes.

    1. Side plank 

    This exercise will help you to maintain the posture and by this, you will be able to reduce your stress as well. The back issues also get prevented with this. The back muscles and abdominal also gets strengthened with it. You can practice it anytime but the important thing is consistent. Firstly you have to extend your legs and then you have to lie on the right side in such a way that hips and feet rest on the floor on top of each other. Place the right elbow under the shoulder and then live your knees and hips off the floor.

    1. Sit-Ups

    The advantage of the exercise is strengthening the abdominal muscles. Lay on the floor mat and then put your arms behind the head in front of the torso. Then keep your lower body still and then you have to move the upper body towards the knees. Take a deep breath and exhale when you go up. When you bring your body back to the mat, then inhale

    1. Russian Twist 

    Sir on the floor and then you must bend your knees. Lean on the back till you get to feel that the muscles of your abdomen get engaged. Bend on knees and then raise your upper body towards the knees. You can also create an imaginary V shape with your thighs and torso forming arms of V. Hold the arms in front of your face and then twist from one side to another.

    1. Crunches

    The fastest way to burn the belly fat is through crunches. It is so easy to do at home with no equipment. This builds power and endurance in the belly muscles. Lie down on the floor and then place the hand behind your head by bending the knees. The feet should be placed on your ground.

    These exercises can be done at home without any equipment.
